Gen Med is very tiring

I don't think I've been this tired at all this year. Which is kind of good in a way, but also bad - it means that the year is only going to get tougher, since I've already done the easy terms.

Had to stay back since our team was on take last night, and had 7 or so admissions. Today we were told that they're all going home soon.
